Blue cheese, panacotta, pear, rocket and candid walnut


Double baked crab soufflé, cured cucumber, ginger and brown crab mayo


Pan fried foie gras, spiced fruit, onion chutney, sour dough cracker


 Nelson fish chowder with toasted bread

Roasted turkey, sausage roll, bread sauce, pork and chestnut stuffing 


Poached Gloucester old spot pork, butter gem lettuce, orange and pork cheek sauce with crackling


Pan roasted turbot and smoked haddock, pea mussel chowder, baby potatoes


Baked  artichoke tarte tatin, goats’ cheese young spinach, tomato and butter sauce

Please make us aware of any dietary requirements at this point.

If you wish to make deposit payment by cheque, please make payable to A Britton;
alternately call the pub to pay with a credit or debit card. 

A deposit of £5.00 per person is required to secure your booking, which is non-refundable and non-transferable.
We will require full payment and confirmed numbers 7 days before your function;
this final payment is non-refundable and non-transferable.
