The Lord Nelson Christmas menu

 

 Starters

 

 

Cured salmon, dill, lime and crème fraiche

 

Double baked Bath smoked cheddar and parsley soufflé, beetroot roumalade and crispy kale

 

Camembert and venison tortellini, chilli jam, baby veg

 

Pan fried scallops, pancetta, crushed peas and samphire

 

Roasted Jerusalem artichoke soup with walnut crumble

 

 

Mains

 

 

Roasted Norfolk turkey served with, goose fat potatoes ,baby turkey and bacon and all the trimmings 

 

Rare sirloin of beef, horseradish crème fraiche Yorkshire pudding and roast potatoes

 

Tornedos of hake, carb bisque, samphire, fondant potato, spinach and crispy egg

 

Confit of English pork, red cabbage, bubble and squeak, black pudding and winter vegetables

 

Winter vegetable tart, Bath brie, chestnut, humus and beetroot

 

Served with Brussel sprouts, winter cabbage, carrots and roasted parsnips
